ADA Training Video

The Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) mandates certain accommodations in public places for those with disabilities. McGuire Associates created a course for the owners or operators of those facilities to introduce them to the ADA, its requirements, guide policies and suggest best practices. The course is an invaluable resource to teach staff about how to best service customers with disabilities – giving them the tools to perform their jobs with all guests they may encounter.
